SERVO-ASSISTED GEARBOX
(COD. HTB-SAC 1 / HTB-SAC 1 ECO / HTB-SAC 2 / HTB-SAC 2 ECO)

GALLERY | REQUEST INFO | SHARE

The device makes it easy to change gear and compensate for the difficulties or the impossibility of using the original controls. A three-position switch activates the device in two different operating modes.

Power ON: press the button for downshifting (red), and squeeze the clutch lever fully. At this point, the first gear is automatically engaged. Release the clutch lever and start moving. To upshift, squeeze the clutch lever while simultaneously pressing the button (green) which enables upshifting. For downshifting, press the red button while fully squeezing the clutch lever.

Power AUTO: press the brake lever and the clutch lever fully. At this point, first gear is automatically engaged. For the vehicle to move forward, the driver must then ease pressure on the clutch lever and release the brake lever. To shift up a gear, simply press the clutch lever, while to shift down a gear, press the brake lever and clutch lever at the same time, or press the red button and clutch lever.
To bring the vehicle to a complete stop, you will need to shift down to first gear, then, to find the neutral position, quickly press the green button, ON mode, or the clutch lever with AUTO mode.

Available in Eco version without AUTO mode.

BRAKE WITH THUMB-OPERATED RADIAL MASTER CYLINDER
(COD. HTB-FRP)

GALLERY | REQUEST INFO | SHARE

This device allows you to brake with a leverage applied to the handlebar. It operates in the same way as any other handlebar brake, i.e. the braking force is controlled by how hard the lever is squeezed. The rear brake is operted by pressing a thumb-operated, 14 mm diameter lever, equipped with a radial master cylinder, and mounted on the left handlebar. This is possible because the radial master cylinder is connected to the rear brake caliper via a tailor made, hydraulic pipe with eyelets. The system is equipped with a pressure sensor on the hydraulic circuit to put on the brake light.

SERVO-ASSISTED CLUTCH
(COD. HTB-SF)

GALLERY | REQUEST INFO | SHARE

The device allows you to servo assist the original clutch of the motorcycle. After inserting the key with the instrument ON, the device is activated by reversing the main switch on the system. The potentiometer is triggered by pressing the lever with the functioning limb. When the clutch is pressed fully, the motorbike is turned ON.
After turning on the vehicle, and with the clutch still fully pressed, first gear is engaged and the lever of the servo-assist system is slowly released. The user can thus control pressure on the lever according to road conditions (uphill, downhill, etc.), vehicle load (with passengers, luggage, etc.), and according to the wear conditions of the original clutch (new vehicle, old vehicle, etc).
To change up a gear, the lever is pressed once again. To downshift, the procedure is similar, though with a more careful lever control for smooth gear change.
To stop the vehicle, press the lever and shift down until first gear is engaged, then find neutral. In an emergency braking situation, the lever is pressed fully, simulating what would be done by a non disabled user, namely the clutch would be quickly disengaged.
