Your quad can be equipped with an integral handlebar brake and, as an alternative to the standard automatic transmission, you can opt for a power-assisted transmission. There are many solutions and customizations that can be matched to the needs of the user and the vehicle. All the devices are approved and can be tested in accordance with the regulations in force.
With the servo-assist device it is easy to change gears and compensate for the difficulties or the impossibility of using the original control system.
A three-way switch controls two modes of use of the device:
Power ON: press the button for downshifting (red), and squeeze the clutch lever fully. At this point, first gear is automatically engaged. Release the clutch lever and start moving. To upshift, squeeze the clutch lever while simultaneously pressing the button (green) which enables upshifting. For downshifting, press the red button while fully squeezing the clutch lever.
AUTO Mode: Press the brake lever and the clutch lever fully. At this point, first gear is automatically engaged. For the vehicle to move forward, the driver must then ease pressure on the clutch lever and release the brake lever. For upshifting, simply press the clutch lever. To downshift, press both the brake lever and the clutch, or the red button and the clutch lever, simultaneously.
To stop the vehicle completely, you will need to shift down to first gear, then to find the neutral position, quickly press the green button, ON mode, or the clutch lever with AUTO mode.
Available in Eco version without AUTO mode.
This device allows you to brake with a leverage applied to the handlebar. It operates in the same way as any other handlebar brake, i.e. the braking force is controlled by how hard the lever is squeezed.
By pulling a lever equipped with a radial pumping system with a diameter proportionate to the type of vehicle positioned on the right or left side of the handlebar, we will activate the entire braking system, both front and rear.
This is possible because the radial pump is connected to the brake calipers by two hydraulic pipes with eyelets and made to measure. The lever is also equipped with a microswitch to activate the rear stop light
The purpose of this device is to make transfer easier from the wheelchair to the vehicle seat, halving the level difference. It is applied to the footrest area, and safely fixed to the structure of the vehicle. It has a capacity of 100 kg and can be stowed vertically while driving so that it does not interfere with the lower limbs of the user. N.B.: its application is recommended for utility quad bikes.
